What is soil replacement?
Topsoil and other ground that cannot carry a load is removed and replaced with load-bearing fill, compacted in layers. It is done under driveways, parking areas, decks and houses so the surface does not settle over time.
Do you take the excavated soil away?
Removal is priced separately for each job. Let us know in your enquiry whether the soil can stay on the property or needs to go.
Can you get into tight gardens?
We use a 3-tonne mini excavator that fits onto most properties. Describe the access in your enquiry and we will assess how to get in.
