Frequently asked questions
How deep do you need to dig?
Driveways and parking areas are usually dug deeper than patios and paths, because the surface must carry cars. The depth also depends on the soil on site. The calculator assumes about 50 cm for a driveway and 30 cm for a patio.
Are the pavers included in the price?
No. Pavers, sand and fill material are not included. You choose the pavers and materials are priced separately.
Can snow-melt heating go underneath?
Yes. Heating pipes are laid in the sand bed before the pavers go down. Connection to the house heating system is done by a plumber.
